Can I connect to my DVR that has a dynamic IP address?

Yes, you can. If you receive dynamic IP from your ISP, you can still do remote monitoring on your DVR. You have to know the assigned IP when you make connection to your DVR. If the connection worked yesterday but not today, most likely a new IP has been assigned. In this case, you need to have someone go to the unit and find out the new IP. Alternatively, you can sign up Dynamic DNS service and have a router that supports it. Currently our product does not support DDNS directly.
