Why can I view my events on the removable HD when using IDE to USB adapter?

Verify there is video on hard drive and make sure you can view the events on the DVR itself. Check the model of the DVR and version of HDD Viewer to determine which is compatible. (Capabilities for HDD Viewer and HDD viewer Lite are listed below)
